Alyssa Lewis

Alyssa is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in behavioral health. She began her nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she cared for children and families during their most vulnerable moments. Now, Alyssa focuses on supporting children and adolescents through mental and emotional health challenges, combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2017 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2022. While in nursing school, she contributed to the development of We Care with Christy’s Cause, an initiative dedicated to educating nurses on how to properly identify and care for victims of human trafficking.

Passionate about empowering young patients and their families, Alyssa strives to create a safe, understanding, trauma-informed environment that promotes long-term wellness and resilience.
